First of all, we would like to thank the community for the strong response and for all abstracts submitted so far.

Following discussions within the CHEP2026 Program Committee and Local organization,
we are extending the abstract submission deadline to Friday, 16 January 2026 at 23:59 (CERN time).
On indico, the deadline may appear as Saturday, 17 January 2026 at 05:59, which corresponds to
the local time in Bangkok, where the conference will take place.

We encourage you to use this additional time to complete and submit your abstract,
and we warmly welcome submissions across all conference tracks.
