Hi Brett, I'm expecting 7 of them (have I missed any?) so brevity is good :-) 1-3 slides based on abstract, existing slide deck, whatever state a given proposal is at, and as you say, lessons from the experience so far. Longer term rumination

Hi Brett,
I'm expecting 7 of them (have I missed any?) so brevity is good :-) 1-3 slides based on abstract, existing slide deck, whatever state a given proposal is at, and as you say, lessons from the experience so far.
Longer term rumination mechanism I leave to Johannes :-) Private BNLNPPS repos would mean paid subscription, or am I outdated on that policy? It would be good for things like this to have private areas.
Current proposals
Tadashi - Architecting an AI-Centric Workload Management System
Wen - analog computing
Gabor - GPU optical photon propagation with EIC-Opticks for WbLS (Water-based Liquid Scintillator) simulations
Maxim - advanced features for Geant4
Joe - FM4NPP
Xin - Next-gen intelligent storage
Cedric - US-Japan proposal

I'll ask Gabor to summarize the Opticks LDRD-C.
I guess the summary would basically just be the abstract and a statement
on the current status of the proposal, if we know it by next week. And
anything learned about the processes itself.
Any other info you'd like to have included?
I like the idea of a "collective wisdom on LDRDs".
How might we collect this info for longer term rumination?
Maybe a private BNLNPPS GitHub repo with one directory per proposal to
hold the submitted materials and a README to hold any learned wisdom on
the process?
