I think DOMA is higher order for these slides. (it's a sub-activity of one of the mentioned collaborations on slide 1, no room for higher order and explanation of what it is).
OpsInt is in there as an ATLAS item. The Belle II comment is a sub-bullet about leveraging ATLAS OpInt for Belle II.
