Several are electing to work at the lab for as long as it's allowed, for lack of home office or because small kids make a work environment difficult. So Carlene if you work at the lab you will have some company, maintaining proper social distancing :-) You may get a few requests to help people get passes to be able to take their screens offsite.

Following our discussion in the NPPS meeting this morning, and hearing that other groups have begun advising people to work from home, I do the same and advise NPPS people to work from home. As discussed in the meeting, the work we do is amenable to working from home and a good part of the group already is or will be, at CERN. If you wish to work at BNL you may, there's no lab policy against working here at this point. We all await clear policies emerging at higher levels.
