All,
The NPP DE&I Council welcomes you to submit any proposals to you may have to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion within the directorate. Proposals should include metrics that will help NPP track progress on the DE&I mission.
Some examples include, but are not limited to the following:
Items to retain and develop diverse talent
- a signing bonus for candidates who improve the diversity of NPP
- Career fair fees and supplies (to promote undergraduate and graduate internship programs, jobs and BNL mission)
- providing new diverse hires some professional incentives, i.e. paying for attendance at a conference
Items to improve overall diversity, equity, and inclusion training
- fees to attend leadership and management programs
- invite motivational speakers pertaining to DE&I items
