Hello Carlene,

I thin k we have several laptops, external devices.May be we can do it centrally. I will ask Michael Betel and Francesco Lanni, probably they have experience with shipping BNL equipment from CERN to BNL

Cheers, Alexei

Hello,
Reaching out for guidanceā€¦..

Marcin Nowak is a BNL employee who is stationed at CERN, Geneva, Switzerland.   Marcin is having issues with his BNL laptop - he contacted ITD to inquiry if the issue could be solved via remotely.  Unfortunately, he was told that the issue could not be resolved via remotely and was instructed to ship back his laptop to the ITD Office.
Can you please provide instructions on how the laptop should be sent back to BNL.

Thank you,
Carlene
