I would start fairly soon, we have PD money that I can start spending on
this. How long it would go depends on i) whether and when we actually
get funding and ii) if it actually works. I have never quite worked in
this mode and to me is a bit of an experiment. If it works, it could be
for 5 years, perhaps increasing fraction perhaps decreasing it. The
advantage is that I can start paying immediately (I think, need to
check with the accountant). The disadvantage is that I can stop paying
immediately as well... :)
