Hello Torre,

Thank you for integrating everything together.
Me and Chris had a discussion regrading Monitoring with the help of BirdView.

I have created two tabs for sPHENIX monitoring.
  1. Run plot => where you can see the avg and max of a particular parameter for all segments (currently configured to show only 2000 because 20K segments includes lot of information which is difficult to digest)
  2. Segment plot => where you can see all the details of a particular segment of a run
I have attached the screenshots for Run plot. Please go through it and let me know if you need more information about it.
Chris already has credentials to access the BirdView monitoring interface and he knows the status of the monitoring.

I hope I have covered everything. Please let know if any more information is needed. I am available for the meeting (26th Jan 10 AM).
Thank you.

Hi all,
We've started to ramp the effort on sPHENIX workflow management -- ie the operating production system on top of the already operating PanDA service (still CERN based for now). Jason is joining the effort to work on building the system. We'd like to have a meeting to map out and organize the effort. Kolja, you've dipped your toe into PanDA and Rucio for sPHENIX, it would be great to have you involved to share what you've learned, and sPHENIX and EIC efforts should build on one another. Amol, we need your monitor, we need you there :-) (Please come with a monitor status update.) Shuwei, you are integrating prmon into Rubin; Amol is doing the same for sPHENIX so if you're able to attend this first meeting at least to possibly share knowledge it would be helpful. Dmitri, Jason will be running thousands of instances of your client, you better come to be aware of the plans :-) Tadashi, Paul, CCing you FYI but I don't think we need to ask you to attend at this point (but feel free if you wish). And everyone receiving this is welcome.

We propose Wed Jan 26 10am for the meeting. If you're shortlisted and this doesn't work please let me know.

We've started a googledoc (of course)...

Absent thanks to Sergey for getting Chris started with PanDA for sPHENIX.
