I just got the date for the review dates and charge on Friday - it is May 16/17. The committee leadership had input into this charge which might explain the bizarre threat that the committee is asked to provide suggestions on possible plans. Maybe we should give them a spot on the agenda.

I propose that we use the two meetings between now and then, May 6 and May 13, for a round table around our activities, which we haven't done since early this year.
