Hi Kolja,

No discussion on that yet, not that I've been privy to at least. According to the lab rules, you are right, being here is more of a nuisance masking up outside the office than having any benefit. And we have to follow the lab rules. Personally at this stage the rules seem too much, and I'd expect that the rules will loosen as the bureaucracy catches up with the real world. But who knows, and who knows when. 

As far as I'm concerned, the 'high' status onsite rules negate the hybrid work agreements and for my part I won't blame anyone for staying home more often than their agreement. But I'm not going to advertise this view with a group-wide mail.
