Hi All,

Jamie, Zhangbu, Peter and I had a meeting this morning on the Det-1
survey. Peter was there only a short time.

So here's what's happening.

* The deadline is May 30 which is Memorial Day. So the
   real deadline is de facto on Friday.

* Zhangbu as EICUG IB rep will fill it out and collect all
   info.

* PWG: essentially we mark our interest in all except BSM/EW
   We are a large group and interest is broad. Inclusive,
   Exclusive/Diffractive, SIDIS, Jets

* IO. In principle this is a survey where BNL has one entry
   so this includes PO and IO. It is not clear a priori if IO
   should be more regarded as a 'company'. Zhangbu, Gabriella,
   and Jamie will meet this week to discuss how to deal with that.

* Detector/Hardware
   Suggested:
   DAQ
   ToF/AC-LGAD
   Hadron Polarimetry
   backward RICH pfRICH/mRICH
   Roman Pots
   Forward Calorimetry (ECAL+HCAL)

   Unclear but options:
   Lumi monitor, low Q2 tagger, B0


Note that this is an iterative process so nothing is cast in stone.
Zhangbu will send things around soon as well to keep everyone in the
loop.
