Please feel free to nominate me for performance review feedback for Dmitri’s work on the sPHENIX CDB.  I’m also happy to work with Chris if it would be more appropriate to nominate him instead.  I know I’m preaching to the converted, but we should make sure problems are documented, certainly once they get above threshold, and there doesn’t seem to be a question mark over whether Dmitri’s performance is already a concern.
