I take zero replies as zero participation and the coordinator etc level. Dmitri has clarified that he also wants listed co-authorship of white papers (I see that's one of the attached sheets), please provide yours (I have one, the HSF one on common sw, some of you may have the same one). I'll ask the full group also.

NPPS snowmass participation, you and/or others you're aware of? I'm aware of none, a number of us put our names in but nothing came out so far as I know, I attribute that mainly to the heavy Fermilab weighting---------- Forwarded message ---------

Dear Torre, Eric,
As you know the lab has PEMP notable to provide statistics/information on our participation in the Snowmass process. This mail, and attached files, are to collect required information. I expect you will collect info from staff in your groups. You can enter info yourself or ask others to enter using google.doc form. Just keep format of the files unchanged, so we can easily combine them. I expect one file from each of you for staff in your groups.
On the BNL staff participation: the "Snowmass convenorship" is a relatively flexible term. Any leadership position documented on Snowmass pages is fine. I entered my "after hours" activity as an example.
On the white papers (with BNL staff authorship): there might be overlap with the same paper entered by different BNL organizations. Don't be concerned about such overlaps - we will remove duplicates when we combine files.
Similar requests sent to groups in CAD, PO physics groups, CSI, etc.
I will need feedback before the end of next week, June 24th, please.
Thanks, Dmitri.
