All,

ITD is planning to upgrade BNL's Indico from version 2 to version 3 next
Wednesday (8/17) starting at noon. They are reserving a four hour window
for the upgrade. The anticipated "Search" feature will be implemented in
this upgrade. All events, material, accounts and privileges will be
preserved in the upgrade.

Please pass this information on to any other interested parties.

If there is any reason not to do the upgrade next Wednesday, please let
me know.
