I think Joe should be our guy on this. He's been a collaborator on FM4NPP. I would like to see wider involvement in the 'large particle model' as it takes shape, but for this, I propose Joe. Thoughts?

TL;DR: A Perspective paper to outline our vision on a joint foundation model for both NP and HEP. So that individual AmSC proposals can refer to. 

What we need: Please provide a list of individuals who you believe can contribute to the paper writing by COB today.

Background: during today's AmSC discussion meeting on HEP, Hong suggested to write a perspective paper to share our vision on a joint NP and HEP foundation model. As there are a lot of synergies and similarities at this frontier. HEP is very open to it. We believe NP will support it too. FM has been one of the key interests from ASCR side, so we expect it will be supported. However, when we write individual proposals, it needs to be focused on the office's mission, therefore, we need an external document to point to to highlight the synergy.
