Dear colleagues at BNL,

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of hosting the DOE 
Computational High Energy Physics Traineeship training event this summer 
at BNL.

These events in the past have typically had 20-25 graduate students who 
have a DOE funded fellowship and are all US citizens. The traineeship 
programs have travel funds, so these are already provided and would not 
need to be managed through the lab.

These are one week long and we would really love the opportunity to do 
so at BNL this time.
Jeremy Love, who is the program manager for the traineeship programs, is 
particularly interested in the engagement between the traineeship 
students at the universities and the labs, and we find that hosting the 
event at the lab enables a lot of interactions. Please note that we 
would take care of organizing all the agenda, but what we really would 
need help with from you is all the local organization.
