All,
The SDCC will open the institutional cluster to all approved users
on Wednesday, January 4th @ 9 am ET, and time allocations will be
enforced beginning that day. Names of approved users are supplied
by designated SDCC Liaisons representing each of the stakeholders
of the institutional cluster.
The SDCC staff is currently mapping user names to userids and
inserting them in the Slurm batch database. If you would like to
know whether you are an approved user, please execute the following
command on one of the IC submit nodes (icsubmit01.sdcc.bnl.gov or
icsubmit02.sdcc.bnl.gov):
sacctmgr show associations –s|grep <userid>
If you are not on the list of approved users by 9 am on January
4th but believe you should be, please contact your designated SDCC
Liaison. Individual user requests for access to Slurm (via RT or
private email) will not be accepted. All requests must come from
the designated liaisons.
Temporary accounts (ie, beta, beta2, etc) will no longer be
active once we begin formal operations.
If you experience problems accessing or using the IC, please use
the RT ticketing system:
https://www.sdcc.bnl.gov/#support
and select "Cluster support" to create and submit tickets.
Thanks.
Tony
