Summary: Facility user survey, request for feedback

Description:

To all of our users,

The SDCC is conducting a user survey intended to measure user's satisfaction
with our current services, but also to gather suggestions for future
activities and priorities. This undertaking will be annual so we can track
progress and improvements. The survey is currently online and available at
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe8BycFuRWtE4sjtXyFEAuulC_N9DhkMOr_VbtKrTri9PRi5g/viewform
It is important to have as many of our users as possible to respond so the
survey results can be relevant and trusted. Please take the time to do this
by January 15th COB.
