Description:
We will physically move the HPSS core server to our new datacenter on October 
19th, resulting in the following downtime:
10/19 12:01 AM EST - HPSS writing/injection is disabled. The system remains 
available for reading.
10/19 8:00 AM EST - The HPSS core is shutdown/moved, and all HPSS access is 
disabled.
10/19 4:00 PM EST - The HPSS core is brought back online, and all HPSS 
services are re-enabled.
