The old rftpexp.rhic.bnl.gov gateways will be shutdown at the end of January 
2022, they are replaced by the new sftp.sdcc.bnl.gov gateways.

Description:
The legacy ftp gateways have been deprecated and will be permanently shutdown 
at the end of January 2022, please switch to the new SDCC sftp gateways to 
continue accessing the facility.

Old deprecated ftp gateway:  rftpexp.rhic.bnl.gov

New sftp gateway:  sftp.sdcc.bnl.gov
