Description:
On 4/4/2022 @ 9 AM astroftp.rhic.bnl.gov and rcf3.rhic.bnl.gov will be 
retired/shut down permanently and user should migrate all files/work to the 
replacement server/servers on cftp.sdcc.bnl.gov, sftp.sdcc.bnl.gov for data 
transfers (to replace astroftp), NX, tex and nxcamput01 for interactive 
logins (to replace rcf3).
