Description:
Mattermost will be upgraded to the latest version 7.1 and will be unavailable 
during the upgrade. Collapsed reply threads will be enabled for all users. 
Users can disable Collapsed reply threads by navigating to Settings -> 
Display -> Collapsed reply threads.
