All,

As part of the de-commissioning process of the Brookhaven Computing
Facility (BCF), the Institutional Cluster (IC gen1) will be removed
from service on Oct. 2nd, 2023. The associated clusters, KNL and
Skylake (primarily used by the LQCD community), as well as the 1 PB
GPFS storage system will also be removed from service at the same
time. If you are still using these resources, you are encouraged to
migrate your activities to other resources before Oct. 2nd. If you
have data on the GPFS storage system, you must move the data to other
storage resources before Oct. 2nd. Network connectivity and electrical
power will be severed on Oct. 2nd, and continued access to these
resources will no longer be possible.

The resources listed above are owned by the Computational Science
Initiative (CSI). If you wish to obtain information about using
