Hello sEPDers and bulk TG,

Attached are a few slides inspired by Ejiro's nice presentation at the sEPD meeting today on how I could envision the code structure to work. I have color coded it with blue being sEPD specific code/db and purple being code/db that I think are more general.

I'd be interested in what people think.
