Dear Anthony and All,
I have some questions on the downloaded analysisKickoffHodgesPi0VN.pdf file.
If some questions have already been asked at the presentation, please skip them.
Explanation:
I was at the presentation but I have a poor ability to understand phone speaking and fast(quick) speaking.
There are many such people.
1) How will the calibration coefficients for EMCal towers differ in different calibration methods?
2) What calibration method do you plan to use for EMCal?
3) what will be the errors for the angles of the reconstructed photon momentum and what will they depend on?
4) what will be the error for the reconstructed angle between two photons from the decay of pi0?
5) what will be the error for the reconstructed photon energy?
6) What are the average noise values (pedestals) for EMCal towers? What is the minimum photon energy
that can be registered in EMCal?
7) What is the distribution of (m_pi0 - m_pi0_Reco) from the simulation?
8) With what accuracy is the primary vertex of the interaction determined?
9) What do you mean under pi0's ? Is it pi0's from inclusive pi0 production?
What part of the inclusive pi0 sample will the primary pi0s from the primary vertex make up?
How will pile-up influence the pi0 vn results?
If you need additional power(force) I would join your analysis. Using gained experience of getting pi0 vn
next work for study n-photon correlations and photon vn can be done. I think it can be interesting too.
With best regards,
Vladimir
