Dear colleagues,

we are pleased to announce the forthcoming workshop “Hydrodynamics and related observables in heavy-ion collisions” (https://indico.in2p3.fr/event/32630/) which will take place at the Subatech Laboratory / IMT Atlantique in Nantes (France) from October 28 to October 31, 2024.

Our goal is to bring together theorists, simulation practitioners and experimentalists working in the vast field of hydrodynamics, its applications as well as the measurement of relevant observables in the context of heavy-ion collisions, to foster discussions and to stimulate future developments. The workshop will start in the morning of Monday, October 28 and end in the evening of Thursday, October 31. Please note that Friday, November 1 is a holiday in France.

Registration is now open. The registration fee is 160 euros and includes coffee breaks, lunch and a dinner gala. After registration you will receive instructions about the procedure of how to pay the registration fee to complete your registration. Note that we will be able to financially support a limited number of early career researchers. Please contact the organizers athydroworkshop24 AT subatech.in2p3.fr  to apply for financial support.
The deadline for registration is September 29, 2024.

Please circulate the information about this workshop with any interested colleagues and motivate in particular young researchers to participate. Note that the workshop is closed for participants having appointments in RU, BY institutions, and JINR.
