Hi Hugo,

Thanks for putting together these slides.  I think this covers the state of 
our understanding.  
A few minor corrections:
1: Curliss ==> Corliss;  Rolland ==> Roland
2: asked ==> tasked
8: two contract ==> two contracts
9: to the TPC ==> into the TPC
and one suggestion:
11: ESSH ==> Environmental Safety, Security, and Health (ESSH)  -- because I 
had to look up exactly what the acronym stood for, and it took a minute to 
find the right reference.
