Dear All,

 Happy new year. I hope you all could relax yourself a bit
during the holiday.

 The new year stared, and we may want to hold an executive
TF meeting as soon as next week to touch base. We propose
to hold one on Jan 12, from noon.

 We notice that InitialStage conference will be held next
week, but the meeting on Jan 12 will be useful for preparing
for the collaboration meeting coming a week after.
