Dear All,

with the next sPhenix workfest coming up, the MDC2 on horizon an the recent changes in the sPhenix organigram

it is time to hold another Calibration TF executive meeting. The Indico agenda can be found here:

The hot topics we would like to discuss in the meeting are the following:

- Preparations for the Workfest

- Inclusion of alignment into the Calibration TF

- TPC calibrations with limited or no TPOT

- Manpower assessment
