Dear All,

TPC work this morning (with the BNL survey group) will overlap with the usual 
meeting time, so unless there is a specific matter that needs to be discussed 
today, I propose to forego the TPC Distortions meeting and have updates via 
email or through conversation in the related meetings throughout the week.
