Hello all,

After the approval meeting earlier, I've made the recommended changes to my figures and have updated my note (https://sphenix-invenio.sdcc.bnl.gov/communities/sphenixcommunity/requests/c0f7136b-d959-49ae-b08d-c27b2720daf1) and poster (https://sphenix-invenio.sdcc.bnl.gov/communities/sphenixcommunity/requests/eea97366-5871-497f-b56a-875d806e66dd).

I need to send my poster to the printer tomorrow morning in order to be able to pick it up before I leave for QM, so does anyone have any additional comments on my poster before I send it to the printer? Dennis also said that he would take a look but wanted another pair of eyes on the final plots.

Hello all,

After attending the tracking meeting this morning and discussing my figures with Ross and Jin, I have updated my QM poster (https://sphenix-invenio.sdcc.bnl.gov/communities/sphenixcommunity/requests/eea97366-5871-497f-b56a-875d806e66dd) and the note (https://sphenix-invenio.sdcc.bnl.gov/communities/sphenixcommunity/requests/c0f7136b-d959-49ae-b08d-c27b2720daf1)

I have left in the event display after discussing with Tony. I also have updated the hit distribution with a new figure that is zoomed in on a region that clearly shows signatures of the CM stripe pattern without any major gaps.

In both figures, there are still some minor issues, but they can be explained by the following:
  • GEM gains are still being understood
  • These use only the nominal, not as-surveyed positions of the CM stripes
  • Empty pads and misplaced peaks are due to the ongoing work of verifying the channel to coordinate mapping
Please let me know if you have any questions or feedback

Hello all,

I've submitted my note (https://sphenix-invenio.sdcc.bnl.gov/uploads/pzkhg-0mw12) and poster (https://sphenix-invenio.sdcc.bnl.gov/uploads/9p08c-g9g67) to invenio. I look forward to any feedback that can be provided.

Hello all,

Attached is an internal note containing a set of plots relating to the time-ordered distortion correction. I would like to include all of these in my poster at Quark Matter (a draft of which will be sent out shortly).

Please let me know if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions.
