Yes, I think that would be the easiest thing to do. We've already begun circulating tasks to folks that we hope to have completed on a short timescale (~two weeks or so). But that just means we'll have time to come up with more tasks.

Subject: Calorimeter working session at collaboration meeting

 

Hi Anthony, Blair,

We heard that there are plans for calorimeter related working sessions at the upcoming collaboration meeting. The tracking crowd is planning for daily working sessions in the afternoon (to allow the california contingent to connect). It would make sense to have the calorimeter festivities in parallel to that. Should we just add a calorimeter working session at each of the afternoons?
