Hi All,

We have a few runs now with data from all tracking systems, and with the magnetic field on. There are some caveats (primarily, the TPC gain is still a bit low and the MVTX strobe is still 89 μs) but the important thing is that we have data we can use to do a complete shake-down of the reconstruction chain. So let's do that!

I would like to suggest that tracking and distortions experts get started on:

Preliminary silicon alignment - centering the barrels on the beam position.
Preliminary static TPC distortion corrections - so we can match to the silicon.
Tuning the silicon and TPC seeding.
Tuning the silicon-TPC-TPOT track matching.
Extracting the beam crossing structure in the data.

I think it is a reasonable goal for us to work through that list in the coming week.

Can we find a time on Monday morning where we can all get together and bring everyone up to speed on what exists and what still needs to be done?

Thanks
Tony
