Subject: Tracking Meeting Reminder, Friday 9:30 AM ET

Dear all,

We will have the regularly scheduled weekly tracking meeting at 9:30 AM ET on Friday, May 17th. We will have a discussion about global alignment efforts of all tracking subsystems. Please make sure you or someone from your subsystem who is actively involved in the offline analysis effort attends - if not, we will make decisions to move forward with calibration efforts as we need to make fast progress in understanding the reconstruction performance.

In general, it is expected that offline subsystem representatives are attending at a bare minimum the Friday meetings, but should also be attending the daily meetings with some regularity. Now that we are collecting data with all tracking subsystems, we need to focus our efforts on commissioning the production track reconstruction software utilizing effort from all subsystems and making sure we are all on the same page.

Talk to you on Friday (if not sooner),

Joe Osborn
