Dear all,

As mentioned in our last Cold QCD Topical Group meting, we are exploring the option to have a dedicated 3-day workfest to finish up the Forward sPHENIX LOI. While we'll need to do quite a bit of work before the 'finishing up' phase, we would like to select dates as soon as possible.
