Dear sPHENIX cold QCD'ers,

Attached is the agenda for tomorrow's (Tuesday, April 19) presentations
to the US National Academies of Science about the science case for the
EIC. The agenda includes information about how to connect remotely to
listen to the open session. As you can see from Thomas Ullrich's email
below, the Orange Room in Bldg. 510 at BNL will be available for those
who happen to be here at BNL. Thomas also warns that the NAS's
teleconferencing system can't accommodate a large number of connections,
but I don't know how large "large" is.

Regards,
Dave and Gunther

Dear All,

The NAS was so kind to provide a video feed for the open NAS
session tomorrow April 19. The agenda of the meeting is attached.
Please note that the times are West Coast times since the meeting
takes place at Irvine.

The NAS asked us to please not login individually (unless your [sic] are
off-site) since they cannot handle a large amount of remote participants.

Fran reserved the Orange Room from 10am to 5pm and those who want to
follow the review should gather there.

Thomas
