Hi Christine, Nils,

Thank you very much for your hard work and leadership in producing this document in a rather short time and under a lot of constraints. Despite all those, it does show a significant advancement in the development of this idea starting from the LOI a few years ago. I am optimistic that it will be viewed to reflect that and the group’s enthusiasm.
