Thanks for the draft. The general structure is good. Some polishing is still needed. A few comments/suggestions: Global: You don't show any physics projection plots for sPHENIX, but we do have a few. Also you don't comment anything about the physics measurements with forward upgrade. Having mentioned that, I'd suggest you slightly change the presentation flow: after "Introduction" and "sPHENIX strength (barrel acceptance detector!), discuss what physics we plan to do (two slides with proj. plots in my presentation are #9 and 14), and briefly mention in words other channels; then go to "Forward upgrade" (this panel looks good), and then again comment on physics to be address with it (some material is in my slides 19, 21, 22). Just select the most important plots which would fit best in your presentation. "Introduction": One of the key designed characteristics of sPHENIX is high DAQ rate capability of 15 kHz; it should be mentioned somewhere. Also it would be useful to put eta range of sPHENIX coverage and mag. field strength (1.4T): it is a barrel acceptance detector, and it is natural to think of its expansion to forward region - a logical connection in your presentation between baseline detector and forward upgrade "sPHENIX strength": 1. The key observable for which sPHENIX is designed is jet. Something should be included to illustrate it, e.g. resolution results from HCal test beam data (grab it from someone's recent presentation or sPHENIX CDR) 2. Each plot should carry the "sPHENIX strength".
