Hi Vincent, Devon, Cheng-Wei and Jaein,

  I think we better move ZDC position to the center position since we 
are likely to run with 0 mrad X-ing angle for a while, although the 
consistency checks are ongoing. Although square root formula gives 
reasonable asymmetry, we may not be able to get reliable asymmetries 
with other formulae such as relative luminosity formula. It is well 
established that any discrepancy between asymmetries between different 
asymmetry formula indicates some systematic error.

 Please consult with John Haggerty how big deal to do the survey once 
we move the ZDC compartments. It can be done afterword when we have 
extended downtime or access to the tunnel.
