Dear All-

I took another pass through the electronics section cleaning up a number of typos and wording issues (but I am sure that I missed a majority of them :) ). I also added a few lines on how we might form trigger primitives for the calorimeters (bit no comment on what would be done with them) and a few lines commenting on the impact of the neutron damage to the SiPMs and how it will not significantly effect the sPHENIX measurement.

All modifications were done within the framework of Overleaf. Please take a minute (if you have one) to read through and see if there is anything else that is missing.
