sPHENIX discussion of electronics

Dear All-

I would like to have a meeting next Monday Feb 27, 2017 @ 1000-1200 EST to have an initial discussion on Q/A testing of the electronics associated with the EMCal detector. 

In WBS parlance the testing is for items assigned to WBS tasks:

• 1.6.1.5 SiPM Preproduction- EMCal
  
• 1.6.1.10 SiPM Production- EMCal
  
• 1.6.2.1.17/1.6.2.18 EMCal SiPM Boards/Preamps
  
• 1.6.2.1.18/1.6.2.19 EMCal Controllers
  
• 1.6.2.1.19/1.6.2.20 EMCal Interface boards.
  

What I would like to hear a short presentation from the relevant groups associated with these task covering the following:

1. What Q/A tasks are required on receipt of items.
2. What labor is required: Number of people/skill level/total time.
3. What test equipment is required and how will it be supplied.
4. Where will the testing be done/how much space is required.
5. How long will the testing take? e.g. how many modules per day/week.

For this meeting, the discussion should be limited to only testing required upon receipt of modules and before installation on the detector.  I will be setting up additional discussions for the HCal and Digitizer electronics, along with post-installation testing on assembled EMCal/HCal modules.
