sPHENIX discussion of electronics

Folks-

Time once again for the bi-weekly calorimeter electronics meeting.  Coordinates and agenda for the meeting can be found on the indico sight: https://indico.bnl.gov/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=3790

I would like to focus this meeting on preparations for the following:

1. Technical Review, now reschedule for Nov 29, 2017: Preliminary plans and agenda
   
2. SiPM Preparations for Beam Test Prototypes, EMCal/Inner Hcal and EMCal Pre-Production Prototype
3. Analog Front End electronics, Beam Test Electronics EMCal/Hcal and EMCal Pre-Production Prototype
4. Digital Back End Electronics, Beam Test Electronics.

For items 2, 3 and 4, the presentations should be concise and focus on the following:

1. Status as of this week, e.g. what is complete and ready to go
   
2. Plans for next 3 months
   

1. What needs to be done
2. Who is going to do it
3. What is the time schedule, indicating approximate dates for completion, e.g. last week of November

People on the agenda should plan on having no more then 4-5 slides prepared.

In 2 weeks, on Nov 15, we will meet again and focus more on the preparations for the Technical Review and get updates on the status of the readout software.

Watch out for the ghouls and goblins prowling the streets this week.
