Folks-

John H is setting up an Interim Design Review for Wednesday for the HCal onboard electronics.  Consequently, the Bi-Weekly Calorimeter Electronics Meeting is being canceled.

Just a few schedule updates:

  1. EMCal Sector-0 Preamp fabrication has started, mid-November delivery
  2. EMCal Sector-0 SiPM daughter board requisition is  on the verge of being submitted, 6 week delivery est.
  3. EMCal Sector-0 Flex Cables are ordered, Mid-Nov delivery
  4. SiPM order is almost placed.  We had one small detail with getting the part number correctly specified on the PO.  Once that is corrected, hopefully this afternoon, and transmitted to Hamamatsu USA, they will forward it to Hamamatsu Japan who will provide us with updated delivery schedule information within a few days.
  5. Another round of radiation tests have been completed.  Summary document in DocDB will be updated with results some time soon: https://docdb.sphenix.bnl.gov/cgi-bin/private/ShowDocument?docid=130
