Folks-

There is no meeting this week, next one in 3 weeks, but I wanted to update everyone on a number of issues:

1. I have gotten an unoffical response from Hamamatsu that the first SiPM delivery will be for 8.5K devices in late February of 2019. I read that as a receipt of devices at BNL on 1-March-2019.  We should be able to get them to UofM within a week of that for testing.   We should start to think ab out testing starting on or about 15-Mar-2019.  As usual, all dates are subject to change.
2. EMCal Sector 0 preamps have been received, we are working on Q/A testing.
3. EMCal Sector 0 SiPM daughter board order is out (almost). 8 week turn with holiday disruptions.
4. EMCal Sector 0 Interface Board order is being processed, 6-8 week turn.
5. Paperwork for HCal Modules 1-6 electronics orders is being put together.  Test boards are being assembled for a test fit in the Module 1 steel to verify mechanical issues
6. 7-Crate Digitizer order paper work has been submitted and starting to work it's way through the paper mill.  There will be a review of the digitizer system in mid December.  John H's white board has a tentative date of Dec 13 for the review.
