Folks, although it is our "off" week, I would like to have a brief discussion tomorrow, 17-April-2019 at 1330 EDT to discuss plans and schedule for SiPM testing at UofM now that the tester is at UofM. Items to be discussed:

When will we be ready to start production testing?
What is the time schedule for getting SiPMs tested and ready for assembly?
What are the plans for getting us back on schedule?
Status of databases and tracking?
Is it necessary to test the 2K devices required for the first 6 modules of HCal? I will also bring this up at the HCal meeting

We will have our regular meeting on April 24 to discuss the analog and digital sections of the electronics.
