sPHENIX discussion of electronics

The content looks good, however, it does not use the "sPHENIX" 
template.  I did not check to make sure that the document meets QM-19 
requirements.

Also, we have been saying that we expect neutron fluxes of order 10^11 
per run, you have 10^10.

Please update the fluence number, the rest looks fine.  I will send you 
directly the official template.  if it is a straight forward change, I 
would prefer to use that to unify the sPHENIX posters.  If not, what you 
have with the one update is fine.
