This is my understanding of the out come of last Wednesday's meeting:

We will send an e-mail to Ardavan requesting clarification on the Hamamatsu testing and sorting proccudures along with some of the results that we have observed for comment.
UofM will continue to test for the next two weeks focusing on the shipment that is due to arrive the first of Feb
Depending on the response from Hamamatsu and the timing, we may ask UofM to do a few additional tests
The last week of Feb, UofM will return the test stand to Debrecen to satisfy the customs conditions
We will continue to discuss how best to evaluate the last 2(?) shipments of devices. Options are either to ship a sample of SiPMs to Debrecen or ship the test stand back to the U.S. Followup discussions are needed.
