I updated my slides from today to include a plot of the difference between the breakdown voltage as measured using the Debrecen test stand and software and the reported Vop from Hamamatsu. Based on previously reported discussions with Hamamatsu, we expect that the difference should be 4.0V. As one can see, the difference is 3.15V. This may be related to way we define the breakdown voltage using the IV curve as compared to Hamamatsu method and is being investigated, but will take a few days to complete. As indicated on the slides, we have always seen some discrepancies in the measurement data for deliveries 3, 4 and 5 that are yet to be resolved. For the other 7 deliveries, the spread is of order 30mV.
