sPHENIX discussion of electronics

Hi Eric and everyone,

STAR is having an operation management meeting regarding the further
running of RHIC that I need to attend as the shift coordinator that
100% overlaps with this meeting.  But my update is pretty short:

75 PreAmp boards are fully tested and assembled now (this includes the
boards you already have at BNL).  I have tested another 25 with 1
failure and should have these assembled by the end of the week.  I
find assembly works well while I'm sitting on phone meetings. :-)  Of
course I won't assemble the failed board...  I think by the end of
next week I should have the initial 120 South boards finished, or be
quite close to it, and will start working on North boards.

My plan is to not send anything to BNL until you guys open up - let me
know if this needs to change.
