showing that we have established a beachhead at MTEST and done some 
preliminary assembly and testing of the detectors.  The FTBF staff 
(Mandy, JJ, Ewa, and Todd) has again been extremely helpful and 
accommodating.

Yesterday and today, we set up the HCAL and EMCAL for testing, and saw 
LED's in both.  With much help from Martin, we solved some computing 
problems and copied data to

Next week, quite a few of you will be here for the setup and startup. 
The latest schedule from Mandy is that we'll be switching over on 
*Wednesday* (we thought it was Tuesday), and we'd like to install and 
get going as soon as we can.  Mandy's email said:

> The previous group will be taking data through Tuesday night. We’ll open up 
> first thing Wednesday morning and remove the other group. Then start
